I went through hell with my golf dsg, Eco Torque did all the work I asked them to do and even when things looked bad, they were patient and gave me plenty of advice on how to sort my problem. Eco Torque replaced the clutch and flywheel on my wife's Ford Galaxy, They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and quoted a good competitive price. As they were clutch experts I thought I was in safe hands.Unfortunately the repairs took much longer than expected as there was a persistent problem of the clutch pedal 'sticking' down to the floor and not coming up again. Took nearly 3 weeks in total to find and rectify the problem which turned out to be a sealed diaphragm on the clutch pipe that was 'sticking' and causing an intermittent problem that they'd never seen before.These things happen I guess, but felt I had to knock a star off the rating as they didn't really phone me during the repairs to give updates on what the situation was.That said the repair is now all good, they were friendly and helpful, the car works fine, the additional part wasn't too much, and they did clean and hoover the car before returning to us. Certainly would recommend them.
I got my VW Polo 1.4 DSG done from these guys they are excellent. Don't listen to the bad reviews they don't know what they are talking about it. Steve and his team are very professional and listen to what you have to say is wrong with your car. They give you the prices as to what it will cost and will also offer you finance with 0 percent interest. So if you are like me who can't pay that sort of money upfront you can pay it off each month which I think is a added bonus as most garages don't do that. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has a DSG problems with their car. They also washed and cleaned the car after they done the job which is another added bonus. These boys know what they are doing! I took my astravan to them with the M32 gearbox that was making a terrible noise and they explained to me what it would be so they put 3 men on the job to get it done for me as I was flying out of the UK that day and after 4 hours the job was done and the noise was gone. Steve the main man was very nice and helpful and I will always use them.
