Unnecessarily rude.Got a card saying there was a parcel to be collected, so had to go there. I did not get a greeting, and was not asked how I could be helped, he just put his hand and snatched the card and disappeared to find the parcel and then handed over the parcel without a word. He really needs to go on a Customer Service course.Usually go to Stotfold if I need a Post Office.
