Lots of trains into and returning from London have been or get cancelled last minute. You can no longer rely on this service at all. The staff are have no idea either if a train that is due to arrive will or not, which seems crazy surely 2 mins before arrival someone at another station has noticed there is no train! Incredibly frustrating.
Excellent small but busy station only downside is the pickup areas being so small they need to be upgraded both sides of the station.
One of the finest station experiences in the uk and I have seen a few. Great service. Panoramic views and a burger van with a wine list that includes some fine clarets. Alfredo (the fat controller) will even valet park your car if you slip him a fiver. Thanks again to all the arlesey staff who make my life a little better.
A small station. Limited destinations and hard to get a train back here.
Great family run business that gave my sister and I a good deal on our journeys to and from Letchworth due to the poor location of our hotel. Drivers were all pleasant and friendly and helpful and I would fully recommend them to others.
